South Florida shoppers, clear a little closet space.

Atlantic Village will launch its new Saturday Style Series on Saturday, Sept. 19, bringing independent designers, small-batch brands and interactive retail experiences to the mixed-use destination at 601 N. Federal Highway in Hallandale Beach.

The inaugural event, dubbed The Refresh Edit, will run from noon to 6 p.m. Admission and on-site parking are free.

The open-air market is curated by The Bungalow Agency, a boutique creative and experiential consultancy known for producing retail events across South Florida, New York City, the Hamptons and other locales. Founder Dana Goldberg launched her business in Florida in 2016 after working in New York’s fashion industry and spending years in the resort-wear category.

“My goal is always to create a launchpad for independent designers,” Goldberg told Browardist.

The confirmed lineup for Sept. 19 includes CRM Lifestyle, Studio Javo, Rapt New York, Miami Chains Co., Oxalis Bliss, Luc Kieffer, Naru the Hub, Island Tribe, Wonder Creations, Elevated by Dana G and Atlantic Village tenant Meat & Bone.

Shoppers can expect resort wear, handbags, jewelry, accessories and custom flip-flops, among other finds. Wonder Creations will sell children’s activity boxes and host a crafting table, while Rapt New York will make its Florida pop-up debut with a handbag collection created by a family with decades of luxury manufacturing experience.

Goldberg said the shaded outdoor event will be friendly to kids and dogs. Atlantic Village combines restaurants, wellness concepts, fitness businesses, offices and retail across multiple phases, with complimentary garage, surface and street parking plus Tesla charging stations.

The three-event series continues Oct. 10 with The Fall Edit, followed by The Holiday Edit on Nov. 14. Goldberg expects the vendor roster to grow with each installment, with the November edition reaching into the 20s.
