This Sunday, February 22, three Broadway heavyweights are bringing big vocals and even bigger hearts to Broward.

The David Posnack Jewish Community Center’s The Overlap series presents Speaking Up in Every Key at 3 p.m. inside the Orlove Auditorium at the David Posnack JCC, located at 5850 S. Pine Island Road in Davie. Designed to be accessible for students and seniors, the afternoon blends show-stopping music with meaningful conversation about fighting hate and building empathy across South Florida’s diverse communities.

Headlining the event is Seth Rudetsky, the celebrated Broadway pianist, SiriusXM host (On Broadway and Seth Speaks!) and longtime theater insider known for his quick wit and behind-the-scenes storytelling. He’ll be joined by Lillias White, a Tony and Emmy Award-winning powerhouse whose voice has electrified some of Broadway’s most beloved productions, and Arielle Jacobs, best known for starring as Princess Jasmine in Aladdin and for her advocacy empowering young women.

The program kicks off with welcome remarks at 3:10 p.m., followed by the Gay Men’s Chorus of South Florida performing “What the World Needs Now Is Love” with Rudetsky on piano. From there, expect live performances, personal stories and a candid conversation (around 4 p.m.) centered on journeys, advocacy and promoting love over hate.

Tickets are $36 for general admission, free for students and $100 for VIP seating with a post-show meet-and-greet.
