Weston Town Center is about to get a whole lot more très chic, y’all. Cafe Bastille — the all-day Parisian brunch darling with lines out the door in Downtown Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Miami Beach — is opening its newest location at 1660 Market St. in Weston this month, marking its second Broward County café and the first to fully showcase the brand’s next era. For an exact date, folks will want to keep an eye on Café Bastille’s Instagram page.
That “next era” is a big one. Weston debuts Cafe Bastille’s new clean-ingredient direction: completely seed-oil free, with elevated sourcing like free-range chicken, cage-free eggs and better-quality dairy and non-dairy options. New bowls, gluten-free dishes and ingredient-forward plates anchor the refreshed menu, alongside the brand’s first-ever matcha cocktails — including a Matcha Mojito, Matcha Tini and six iced matcha variations that are probably about to own your camera roll.
“This Weston location is the first location to fully embody our new approach... completely seed-oil free with a focus on clean, elevated sourcing,” co-founder Estelle Bellegy tells Browardist. “The space itself reflects that vision too… grand, open, warm, welcoming and very neighborhood-driven. As we head into 2026, we’re excited to continue our growth in South Florida and create another space where guests can relax, gather and enjoy what Café Bastille does best.”
The 2,100-square-foot café sits on a prime corner painted in the signature Bastille light green — impossible to miss. Floor-to-ceiling windows open wide for breezy indoor-outdoor dining, while Parisian café tables and lounge seating on the patio make it feel like Weston meets Le Marais.
And with a Miami MiMo location on deck for early 2026, the brand’s South Florida buzz will only continue from here.
