Cirque du Soleil is bringing its signature spectacle back to South Florida — and this time, the magic lands in Hallandale Beach. Beginning February 19, 2026 Gulfstream Park will host LUZIA, the globally acclaimed production that transforms Mexico’s colors, sounds and imagination into a dreamscape of acrobatics, artistry and unique awe. The show runs through April 25, 2026, under Cirque’s famous Big Top.

Written and directed by Daniele Finzi Pasca, LUZIA (fun fact: a blend of the Spanish words for “light” and “rain”) has enchanted more than two million guests worldwide. The show blurs the line between dreams and reality, moving through surreal scenes – from film sets to deserts to ocean depths – while performers twist, leap and soar through choreographed rain, a first for any Cirque du Soleil touring show. Expect breathtaking moments like aerialists flying through showers, hoop divers racing on treadmills and jugglers and contortionists defying physics with impossible grace.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Cirque du Soleil back to Gulfstream Park with LUZIA, a stunning celebration of artistry and imagination,” Daniel Danilovic, Chief Experience Officer at 1/ST, tells Browardist. “Hosting this world-class production at our iconic venue allows guests to experience the magic of Cirque under the Big Top while enjoying the lively entertainment, dining and lifestyle options that make Gulfstream Park such a unique destination.”

Cirque du Soleil has long been a benchmark of live entertainment, blending human performance with visual wonder across six continents for four decades-plus. Now, local audiences can experience that same creative energy up close and as an anchor for a future Gulfstream Park outing.
