OMFG, a birria cragel is here (and free Levi's jackets).

Cinco de Mayo lands with serious flair this year at COYO Taco, where its South Miami outpost is morphing May 5 into a full-scale street party anchored by fashion drops, limited-edition bites, and all-day drink specials.

Set at 1514 S. Dixie Hwy in Coral Gables, its flagship celebration runs from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., drawing families, UMiami students and taco loyalists for a stacked lineup.

Across all COYO Taco locations, guests can sip $6 margaritas, Palomas and Micheladas, plus $5 beer, alongside a 3-for-2 taco deal (three tacos per order instead of the usual two).

But South Miami is where things get interesting. From 3 to 5 p.m., complimentary mini “Levi’s Margaritas” set the tone, followed by a 5 p.m. giveaway where the first 100 guests score free Levi’s trucker jackets and tote bags with a food purchase. On-site screen printing lets you customize your denim, turning tacos into a wearable souvenir.

Food-wise, COYO links with Wynwood favorite The Salty for a one-day-only menu.

Highlights include the Birria Cragel (croissant dough stuffed with brisket and served with consommé), a horchata-soaked donut with torched cinnamon meringue, and a churro cruller. These run from 3 to 10 p.m. or until sold out at a patio-side camper. DJ David California spins from 4 p.m. to close, with mariachis arriving at 6 p.m.

Closer to home, the Las Olas location in Fort Lauderdale keeps it classic with midday mariachis, drink specials all day and the same taco deals, making it an easy go-to without the drive south. Other COYO Taco spots — from Wynwood to Brickell to Giralda Plaza — join the celebration with live music, tequila pours and their own spins on the holiday.
