Talk about a brunch with a view, y'all.

Deerfield Beach is adding a new reason to set an early alarm on Sundays. The Break House Kitchen + Beach Bar is rolling out the city’s first rooftop brunch experience with its DJ Brunch on the Rooftop series, kicking off Sunday, May 3 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The reservation-only event plans to return monthly, each time with a new music-driven theme and a steady backdrop of Atlantic Ocean views just steps from the Deerfield Beach International Fishing Pier.

The concept is a mesh of beach club vibes with a laid-back coastal setting. Expect a live DJ spinning breezy house tracks while guests settle into a rooftop framed by terra-cotta tones, sunbaked woods and a central bar built for mingling.

Chef Dean Max anchors the experience with a menu that moves from shareable bites to hearty plates and lighter options. Highlights include Boardwalk Tater Tots ($8.99), Beach Bacon ($1.99 per piece) and Ginger “Glow” Guac ($13.99) to start, followed by dishes like Break “Fast” Tacos ($7.99), a stacked Breakfast Burger ($18.99) and Birria Break Tacos ($21.99). On the lighter side, options like the Breakfast Protein Bowl ($16.99) and Thai Green Papaya Salad ($14.99) keep things balanced.

Save room for the playful finish. A Donut Flight ($5 per donut) and Churro Shots ($6) headline the “After Party” menu, while a Spritz Flight — served as a trio — adds a customizable brunch cocktail moment. Champagne bottle service and canned cocktail bundles ($35 for five) round out the drink lineup.

Seating is limited and reservations are required. For reservations, visit sevenrooms.com.
