Y’all. Downtown West Palm Beach is about to get a serious dose of boots, basslines and barbecue. West Palm Cowboy Club - a buzzy new two-story restaurant, bar and live music venue backed by major hospitality players and Grammy Award–winning producer Diplo - has officially set its opening date for March 26 at 200 Clematis Street.

The concept is the latest project from Experience Hospitality Group and aims to bring a little Nashville honky-tonk energy to South Florida, blending live music, smoked meats and craft cocktails into a nightlife-ready space just steps from the Intracoastal.

At the heart of the experience is music. South Florida native Diplo, whose real name is Thomas Wesley, serves as the venue’s Musical Director, helping curate live entertainment, DJ programming and special events while shaping the venue’s “Florida Cowboy” identity.

On the food side, the kitchen is led by Chef Adrian Ricouz of Miami’s Slab Daddy BBQ and formerly of Hometown BBQ, who’s crafted a menu that mixes classic barbecue with bold Latin and coastal influences. Expect shareables like smoked chicken wings and loaded potato skins topped with 18-hour smoked brisket, plus a lineup of smoked meats including mojo half chicken, pulled pork and brisket. There’s even a Wagyu-blend Cowboy Club Smash Burger with smoked bacon and crispy onion tucked inside potato buns.

Behind the bar, bourbon and tequila take center stage with a cocktail menu designed for South Florida nights. Standouts include the Sunset Stampede, made with reposado tequila, mezcal and blood orange, and the smoky Smoke Show, a coconut oil fat-washed bourbon cocktail finished with bitters and banana chip garnish.

The space itself leans heavily into the theme, with cowhide, python and denim textures, cowboy hat-lined ceilings and a wraparound patio perfect for Clematis Street people-watching.

The timing is no accident either. West Palm Cowboy Club opens just ahead of the Palm Beach International Boat Show, when downtown fills with visitors — and the venue is already teasing a Boat Show weekend celebration featuring DJs, live music and a performance from Brody Jenner. So, stay tuned.

Reservations for the grand opening begin March 26 at 5 p.m. For more information, visit westpalmcowboyclub.com.
