Miami Dolphins football is back, and Broward fans can score workouts, giveaways and a game-day gathering during Season Kickoff Week presented by Bud Light.

The action runs Tuesday, Sept. 8 through Sunday, Sept. 13, beginning with Miami Dolphins Athletic Club fitness classes across South Florida. Broward studios on the lineup include CycleBar Davie, Per4orm Fitness in Davie, ROAR Station in Fort Lauderdale and [solidcore] Las Olas. Guests who book an eligible class can pick up free Dolphins goodies, enter to win custom merchandise and access special pricing for upcoming games.

On Wednesday, Sept. 9, the Dolphins will pop up at Publix Super Market at Plantation, 1181 S. University Drive, from 5 to 8 p.m. T.D. and Dolphins cheerleaders are scheduled to appear, with reusable grocery bags, coloring books and opportunities to win Publix Legends Lounge passes. A second Publix stop is planned at Downtown Doral.

Saturday, Sept. 12 brings another freebie blitz to Yellow Green Farmers Market, 3080 Sheridan St. in Hollywood. From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the first 300 guests will receive complimentary tote bags with on-site heat-press customization. Additional Dolphins giveaways will be available throughout the activation.

The week closes Sunday, Sept. 13 at Bokamper’s, 3115 NE 32nd Ave. in Fort Lauderdale, where a watch party begins at 3:30 p.m. ahead of the 4:25 p.m. Dolphins-Raiders season opener. Expect cheerleader appearances and giveaways. Beyond Broward, the schedule includes a Brickell Run Club takeover, a Doral watch party and a season-ticket-member movie night at Hard Rock Stadium.

The Dolphins finished the season at 7-10, third in the AFC East. As of press time, Hard Rock Bet has the Dolphins’ over/under win total for the 2026 season at 4.5.
