Coral Springs is about to gain a new restaurant for everything from morning coffee runs to date-night cocktails. Ember & Vine officially opens Monday, August 3, at 5920 Coral Ridge Drive in Sawgrass Center.

The highly anticipated newcomer comes from P Hospitality Management co-owners Eddie and Christina Pozzuoli. Their growing culinary empire includes the likes of Eddie & Vinny’s Coastal Italian, Dear Olivia, Corvina Seafood & Grill, Prezzo Boca Raton and Amante’s, with another Eddie & Vinny’s opening in Palm Beach Gardens this fall.

Ember & Vine pairs a polished, casual atmosphere with a globally influenced menu centered on seasonal ingredients and dishes made in-house. Its roomy, multi-zone layout includes a full-service dining room, enhanced bar, flexible group seating and private-event space.

Breakfast choices include matcha overnight oats, a garden breakfast wrap and the P.E.C., a porchetta, egg and cheese sandwich with Calabrian chile tomato jam. Dinner brings Tuna Bombs with avocado, ginger and sesame; hearth bread with whipped herb ricotta and local honey; miso black cod; and beef short ribs with a scallion pancake.

Pastry chef Miranda Whitaker’s desserts include mini carrot Bundt cakes, Matcha Tea’Rimisu and the Butter Cake Pop. Cocktails range from the minty Host to the jalapeño-tequila Jet Setter.

Breakfast runs daily from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., while dinner is served from 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and until 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Lunch begins August 26, with daily happy hour launching August 14.

Opening-week visitors can score complimentary drip coffee or house cold brew from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. through August 9.
