A new kind of beverage convention is headed to South Florida and it is bringing zero-proof pours, functional sips and a wellness-forward ambiance with it. AltBev Expo has announced its debut in West Palm Beach, taking over the Palm Beach County Convention Center on Friday, February 27 and Saturday, February 28, 2026.
Designed for both industry insiders and curious consumers, AltBev Expo promises to spotlight the rapidly expanding world of alternative beverages. Think non-alcoholic spirits, low-dose social tonics, adaptogenic and nootropic drinks. There will be functional options built around wellness, focus and balance, too. The two-day event will boast a high-energy show floor with live tastings, mixology demos and hands-on brand experiences that reflect how people are drinking right now.
Beyond the pours, AltBev Expo leans hard into lifestyle. This year’s programming includes educational panels on scaling beverage brands, navigating shelf space and understanding how ingredients like THC, mushrooms and botanicals are reshaping social drinking. Wellness activations are also a major draw, with fitness classes, yoga sessions, recovery experiences like cold plunges and saunas, and even a 5K run hosted in partnership with Celis Juice Bar. After-hours mixers and an awards program round out the schedule.
Tickets are on sale now, with options for general admission, industry professionals and VIP access. They start at $56.
