Two penthouses are bringing the magic, y'all.

The penthouses at Viceroy Residences Fort Lauderdale are officially making their debut — and the sky-high residences are shaping up to be among the flashiest new addresses entering Broward County’s luxury market.

Developer Naftali Group just unveiled the first renderings and details for the project’s two penthouse residences, which are listed from $8.8 million to $10.4 million. Perched atop the upcoming 500-foot tower between Las Olas Boulevard and Flagler Village, the residences combine for nearly $20 million in inventory and represent the project’s most dazzling offerings to date.

Designed by acclaimed architecture and interiors firm Rockwell Group, the homes each feature four bedrooms, five bathrooms, private elevator access and more than 4,000 square feet of indoor living space paired with another 2,000-plus square feet outdoors. The layouts were crafted with entertaining in mind, packing in sprawling wraparound terraces, outdoor kitchens, media rooms, wet bars, formal dining spaces and sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway and downtown Fort Lauderdale skyline.

One standout feature already worth the buzz: private rooftop hot tubs overlooking the city and water – a rarity in Fort Lauderdale’s condo scene.

The penthouses top Fort Lauderdale’s first-ever Viceroy-branded residential tower, a 45-story project featuring 251 residences and more than 30,000 square feet of amenities. Plans include resort-style pools, a spa with saunas and cold plunges, yoga and boxing studios, a members club and restaurant from Los Angeles hospitality company The h.wood Group and beach club access. Residents will also receive a social membership to The FORT pickleball club.

The sales gallery is currently open daily at 451 NE 4th St. in Fort Lauderdale.
