A bold new player is staking its claim on Fort Lauderdale’s dining scene, and the first peek at teased menu items makes one thing clear: this one’s going big. Caviar Club, the forthcoming restaurant and lounge from South Florida hospitality heavyweight Marc Falsetto of Falsetto Hospitality, is slated to debut at 833 E. Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale in fall 2026. Let’s just say it’s shaping up to be one of the most extravagant openings the strip has seen in years.
Falsetto, the force behind the relaunch of Anthony’s Runway 84 and concepts including Tacocraft, Pizza Craft and Apothecary 330, is leaning fully into indulgence here. While the name nods to decadence, Caviar Club is promising not to be a traditional caviar bar, but an American restaurant and steakhouse built around theatrical service and unapologetic luxury.
Early menu details provided to Browardist read like a greatest-hits reel with a fashion-forward twist: Dover sole filleted tableside, French dips served with au jus in Baccarat crystal, and prime dry-aged and Wagyu steaks carved in front of guests. Caviar appears throughout, from towering seafood presentations to caviar-topped Wagyu creations designed for maximum visual impact.
The wine and cocktail program matches the drama, boasting more than 300 French and American labels, prestige Champagnes and a martini lineup inspired by New York icons like Bemelmans Bar and The St. Regis. As the night wears on, expect the room to shift from refined steakhouse energy to late-night lounge, complete with DJ-driven vibes and Champagne-fueled revelry.
