The Florida Panthers are changing what’s cooking at Amerant Bank Arena.

In a press release provided to Browardist today, Sodexo Live! will become the Sunrise arena’s new food and beverage hospitality partner through a multiyear agreement. The company will oversee general concessions, premium clubs and suites while adding new technology, South Florida-inspired dishes and locally sourced ingredients.

Sodexo Live! arrives with serious culinary swagger, to say the least. The company has 35,000 employees across 440 sites and handles hospitality at Hard Rock Stadium, the Hollywood Bowl, Eiffel Tower restaurants and Seattle’s T-Mobile Park. Its event résumé includes the Tour de France, Roland-Garros, Royal Ascot and the Paris 2024 Games.

Fans will not lose every familiar arena favorite during the switch. The Panthers confirmed that the carved turkey sandwich will remain, accompanied by refreshed classics and new creations showcasing bold flavors.

The agreement follows an extended run by Sanza Food Service LLC. Florida records show Sanza registered to conduct business in the state in August 2018 at 1 Panther Parkway. State licensing records also connect the company to arena concession operations beginning that year.

Sodexo Live! will hold a hiring event in Amerant Bank Arena’s North Main Lobby from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 27, and 10 a.m. to noon Friday, Aug. 28. Available hospitality positions will be discussed during both sessions.
