If your weekday lunch rotation has officially flatlined into sad desk salads and rushed takeout, Fort Lauderdale just got a midday upgrade. Starting April 6, Harborwood Urban Kitchen inside the Hyatt Centric Las Olas (100 E Las Olas Blvd.) is rolling out “The Workday Table,” a polished, pick-your-path power lunch designed for maximum flexibility and minimal decision fatigue.

Available daily from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., the $30 prix fixe menu lets you build your own three-course lineup from a surprisingly wide range of options. Starters keep things light but flavorful with choices like empanadas, falafel, or a shrimp tostada. From there, entrees run the gamut depending on your mood or meeting. Think a baby kale and arugula power bowl with grilled shrimp if you’re playing it clean or lean into indulgence with wagyu beef sliders and truffle fries, a Cuban sandwich, or carne asada tacos. There’s even a vegan quinoa hash for those keeping things plant-based.

Dessert seals the deal with churros or a rotating gelato selection, making this one of those rare lunches where you can go from “I’ll just have something light” to “full three-course situation” without breaking the bank.

The setting adds to the appeal. Tucked inside the Hyatt Centric, Harborwood leans into a breezy, nautical-inspired design that feels a step removed from the Las Olas chaos while still being right in the middle of it all.
