Here’s some news worth setting an early weekend alarm for. Carrot Express is dishing out free breakfast this Saturday, October 25, from 7 to 11 a.m. at its brand-new Oakland Park outpost. The no-strings-attached offer lets each guest order one all-day breakfast item and their choice of coffee or matcha beverage... totally gratis, y’all.
The new Carrot Express, situated at 3337 N. Federal Hwy., sits inside the ever-buzzier Oaklyn building. The building is home to Pause Studio, Imperial Moto and soon-to-open neighbors Bondi Sushi. Just across the intersection, Porfa Coffee keeps the caffeine scene percolating, too, but this weekend, the energy will be all Carrot.
The free lineup includes hearty, health-forward favorites like the Huevos Rancheros Burrito packed with scrambled eggs, black beans and avocado; the Ultimate Croissant Eggwich stacked with tomato and arugula; and Josh’s Overnight Oats loaded with berries and almond butter. And there are plenty of more options.
Also, worth noting, and new to the Carrot Express menu (and worth the calories): two fall-perfect donuts that balance wellness and indulgence. The matcha donut is rich in antioxidants with a zesty lime glaze, while the pumpkin chai donut channels cozy autumn vibes with maple syrup and chai spices. They’re both vegan, gluten-free and, well, guilt-free.
