Fort Lauderdale’s Flagler Village is about to get a serious dose of cool. A private members club and signature restaurant by The h.wood Group, the hospitality force behind celebrity-loved hotspots like Delilah and The Nice Guy, has been announced as part of Viceroy Residences Fort Lauderdale, the city’s first Viceroy-branded residential tower.
The new concept will anchor the to-come 45-story luxury development in the heart of Flagler Village and is being brought to life in partnership with Naftali Group, the development team behind the property. The combined restaurant and private members club will span more than 15,000 square feet and is designed by Los Angeles–based Built Inc., signaling a design-forward space meant to feel elevated, intimate and social all at once.
According to preliminary details, the restaurant will be open to the public and focus on elevated cuisine and cocktails, while the private members club will offer a more exclusive experience. Members can expect a separate menu, dedicated lounge spaces, curated cultural and social programming and access to member-only events. Residents of Viceroy Residences Fort Lauderdale will receive membership as part of their ownership, seamlessly extending the Viceroy lifestyle into dining and nightlife.
Residents will also receive access to The h.wood Group’s Rolodex membership program, an application-based offering known for priority reservations, exclusive events, tastings, mixology classes and private dinners across the brand’s portfolio.
“Partnering with The h.wood Group brings a new energy to Fort Lauderdale, elevating the nightlife, dining and overall lifestyle with live music and immersive experiences the city has been waiting for,” says Danielle Naftali, Executive Vice President of Marketing, Sales and Design at Naftali Group. “Their approach to hospitality aligns with what we are building at Viceroy Residences Fort Lauderdale.”
The announcement adds another layer of buzz to Viceroy Residences Fort Lauderdale, which features 251 luxury residences, expansive amenities, curated social programming and a hospitality-first approach that is redefining downtown living. For Flagler Village, it signals the arrival of a nationally recognized hospitality brand and a new kind of private club experience in the city.
A timeline on the spot’s opening will come at a later date. For more information and updates, visit viceroyfortlauderdale.com.
