Oakland Park’s Funky Buddha has never, ever been shy about flavor. This is the crew that gave us No Crusts and Maple Bacon Coffee Porter, after all. Now the brewery is stepping into a new lane with its first-ever THC Social Tonics, a microdosed line designed for a smooth buzz and a chiller kind of social hour. They blend Delta-9 THC and CBD for a mellow lift, zero alcohol, and plenty of South Florida personality.
The brewery marked the milestone with a launch event on November 12 at its Oakland Park taproom, located at 1201 NE 38th Street, transforming the space into a trippy little universe of its own. A live vinyl set rolled through the evening, funky food pairings floated around the room and guests got a first sip of the new lineup. It felt less like a product debut and more like a neighborhood happening, which is what Funky Buddha does best.
Available nationwide at drinkfunkybuddha.com and on-site in Oakland Park, the tonics come in three vibrant flavors: Blackberry Lemon, Blueberry Pomegranate, and Passion Fruit Lime.
Two varieties of each flavor are offered. The Mellow Buddha Social Tonic has 5mg THC and 5mg CBD for that gentle lift. The Funky Buddha Social Tonic doubles the dosage for a more elevated feel. All are gluten-free with 35 calories and no artificial flavors. More creative drops are on the way, too.

We've seen that people today are looking for different ways to socialize and we want to meet the needs of consumers with something new but also a product that is distinctly Funky Buddha. Our first three flavors were inspired by our South Florida community, and we look forward to what's to come in this next chapter."
