Galleria Fort Lauderdale is helping locals stretch into the new year with the launch of Get Fit 2026, a complimentary fitness series bringing yoga, Pilates and Zumba to the heart of the mall beginning Saturday, January 17. Designed for all fitness levels, the weekly Saturday morning sessions will invite the community to move and recharge in a climate-controlled space designed to make staying active feel accessible and social.

Classes will take place at 9 a.m. near the mall’s center - by Swarovski - and rotate weekly between energizing Zumba, restorative yoga and strength-building Pilates. The series kicks off with Zumba on January 17, followed by yoga on January 24 and Pilates on January 31, with the rotation continuing through April 11.

Each class is led by a respected local instructor, including Zumba pro Sandra Fuller, Pilates and movement specialist Pauline Case and renowned yoga leader Beth Shaw, founder of YogaFit and a global authority in mind-body wellness.

“Galleria Fort Lauderdale is proud to offer this free fitness series led by top health and movement professionals,” said Melissa Milroy, marketing manager at Galleria Fort Lauderdale. “It’s a wonderful way to improve well-being and kick off the new year with positive energy, all in the heart of the mall. We invite the community to come exercise, make friends and enjoy shopping and dining every Saturday.”

Open to all fitness levels, the series encourages participants to bring a yoga mat, water and comfortable workout attire. Classes are complimentary, but registration is required in advance.
