You will have no beef with this festival itself (and consume all the beef there).

South Florida’s most gloriously greasy food fest is making a major move north. Hamburger House Party — the cult-favorite burger bash created by Burger Beast — is officially landing in Broward County for its 2026 edition, taking over MAD Arts in Dania Beach on Saturday, May 2.

Running from 3 to 6 p.m., the unapologetically 80s-inspired event brings together a curated lineup of burger slingers, comfort food kings and local legends for an afternoon of unlimited bites, drinks and all-out burger indulgence. Tickets range from $55 to $99 and include access to 12 burger stations, a spread of sides, desserts, craft beer, spirits and non-alcoholic sips, plus live music to keep the energy high and the grills hotter.

Originally launched as the Burger Beast Burger Brawl before evolving into Hamburger House Party, the event has long been a proving ground for South Florida’s burger scene. And this year’s Broward shindig is shaping up to be one of its biggest yet.

Confirmed heavy hitters include BMC Smashburgers, Charm City Burgers, Even Keel Fish Shack, Hate Mondays, La Birra Bar, Mai-Kai, The Office, Pig Beach BBQ, PZZA, Savvy Sliders, Ted’s Burgers and Poncho Burgers & Kebab. Consider it a lineup that blends old-school favorites with buzzy newcomers, all bringing their own spin to America’s favorite sandwich.

And don’t expect your typical food fest vibe.

“Hamburger House Party isn’t your typical burger festival built around long lines,” Sef Gonzalez, aka Burger Beast, tells Browardist. “It’s a curated group of cooks, restaurants and burger obsessives putting their own spin on the burger, so you’ll taste things you won’t usually find on regular menus. My pro tip: show up hungry, pace yourself and talk to the people behind the grill.”

Translation: come ready to eat and stay for the stories, y’all.
