Red Bull is turning up the heat - and the heart rate - on Miami Beach this Saturday, November 8, with the debut of Red Bull HIIT the Beach, a first-of-its-kind team fitness challenge that promises to blend sun, sweat and SoFlo vibes.
The event will morph a sandy stretch between 10th and 13th Streets into a four-arena playground for strength, endurance and teamwork. Teams of two will tackle a HIIT-style obstacle course featuring bodyweight drills, power exercises and full-body endurance tests, all under the watch of Red Bull judges and local legends like CrossFit Games star Noah Ohlsen, wakeskate champ Brian Grubb and fitness influencer Chris Heria.
Spectators don’t have to just watch either. Between the competitions, the beachfront will host activations from F45 Training and a lineup of fitness-forward vendors. A pop-up Tulum-inspired gym will offer wooden workout equipment - pull-up bars, squat racks and dumbbells – open for use and prime for your next Insta photo session.
It’s a rare kind of Miami Beach Saturday where you can get inspired, get moving or just enjoy the show, all with your toes in the sand. For competitors and spectators alike, this one pairs perfectly with a post-event stop at Muscle Beach or a recovery stroll down Ocean Drive for sure.
Red Bull HIIT the Beach kicks off at 10 a.m. November 8. Admission is free for spectators, and registration for participants is open at redbull.com/HIITtheBeach.
