One of Miami’s hippest food festivals is officially making a return. EEEEEATSCON Miami returns Saturday, February 7 and Sunday, February 8, 2026, taking over Bayfront Park along Biscayne Bay for two days of all-out eating, chef mashups and peak Miami vibras courtesy of The Infatuation.

If you have been before, you know the vibe. It is loud, packed, sun-soaked and fueled by dishes you will absolutely not find anywhere else. EEEEEATSCON has built its cult following by pairing beloved local spots with buzzy restaurants from across the country, encouraging chefs to get nostalgic and wildly creative for one weekend only.

This year’s Miami lineup leans hard into that formula. Expect one-of-a-kind collaborations like Cowy Burger x The Salty Donut, Dojo Izakaya x Zitz Sum, Walrus Rodeo x Apocalypse BBQ and Edan Bistro x Cotoa, alongside heavy hitters like Lil’ Laos, Barra Callao, To Be Determined, and New York outposts like L’Industrie and Caffè Panna. More restaurants are still to be announced.

“This year’s ECMIA brings together the strongest mix of collaborations and standout restaurants we’ve had yet,” Ryan Pfeffer, senior editor at The Infatuation Miami, tells Browardist. “The full lineup hasn’t even been announced yet but it’s already stuffed with the kind of one-of-a-kind experiences that really define EEEEEATSCON.”

Tickets are on sale now exclusively for Chase cardholders at $25 for general admission, inclusive of taxes and fees. Chase Sapphire Reserve and Preferred cardmembers can access early entry starting at 11 a.m., with general entry opening at noon. The event runs until 5 p.m. each day. Additional perks include an All You Can EEEEEAT ticket option for Sapphire Reserve members, exclusive Chase experiences and a $10 back offer on food purchases for eligible cardholders.
