For months, drivers cruising along Federal Highway just north of the airport have wondered what exactly was taking shape behind that sleek facade near Marina Mile. On Friday, June 5 at 8 p.m., Broward finally gets its answer.
KAYA Nightlife, a new adult entertainment destination from nightlife veteran Angelo DiPietro and partners, will officially welcome guests with a soft opening that promises upscale dining, sports viewing, nightlife and hospitality under one roof.
The venue spans more than 25,000 square feet and arrives with serious industry credentials behind it. DiPietro spent nearly two decades climbing the ranks in Las Vegas, beginning as a street promoter at the legendary Light Nightclub inside Bellagio before eventually becoming vice president of the company that operated some of the city's best-known nightlife venues.
During the pandemic, he relocated to South Florida to help launch projects including The Ray Hotel, Lionfish and Delray Beach Market before joining hospitality powerhouse David Grutman's Groot Hospitality, where he oversaw operations across Miami, Las Vegas and Dallas.
Now he's betting big on Broward.
"We're hoping to have a level of service that Fort Lauderdale hasn't seen before," DiPietro told Browardist.
Inside, guests will find a massive central bar, VIP seating areas, bottle service and wall-to-wall 4K screens designed to create what DiPietro describes as a casino sportsbook-style viewing experience for everything from NFL Sundays to the World Cup.
Food also plays a major role. KAYA's menu is anchored by the KAYA Prime experience venue-wide, including tomahawks and other premium cuts. The kitchen is led by Chef Robyn Almodovar, a television competition veteran whose culinary program is expected to be a major draw on its own.
The property also includes an exclusive members-only cigar lounge in the front portion of the building. Memberships start at $5,000 annually with a monthly spending minimum, though limited day passes are also available.
Perhaps most surprising are the prices. While many nightlife concepts arriving from Miami bring equally aggressive pricing, DiPietro says that wasn't the goal here. Opening-night admission is currently listed at $32.44, while future cover charges are expected to start around $20 on weekdays and $30 on weekends. Beer begins around $8-$9, cocktails hover near $12 and bottle service starts around $300.
With more than 100 employees already on staff, plans for major DJs and a grand opening expected later this summer, KAYA Nightlife is positioning itself as one of Broward's most talked-about new arrivals of 2026. And, now it’s here.
