Hello Kitty fans, consider this your pink-alert moment. Sanrio’s beloved Hello Kitty Cafe Truck is popping back up at CityPlace Doral for the third year in a row, bringing its all-pink, sugar-fueled magic to Miami-Dade on Saturday, January 24, 2026. From 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., the mobile cafe will park at CityPlace Doral’s Fountain Plaza, inviting fans of all ages to shop themed desserts and collectible merch while supplies last.
The truck’s menu leans heavy on sweets, including five-piece macaron sets, three-piece cookie packs, madeleine sets and the oversized Hello Kitty Giant Chef Cookie. On the merch side, expect plenty of exclusives you won’t find anywhere else locally, from 10th anniversary keychains, pins and plush toys to thermal bottles, glass tumblers, mugs, apparel and cozy blankets. Pro-tip: Credit and debit cards only, no cash accepted.
The Hello Kitty Cafe Truck has been crisscrossing the country since its 2014 debut, with three trucks now visiting more than 100 U.S. cities. Many of the treats and collectibles are available only on the truck or at the brand’s two brick-and-mortar cafes in California, making these pop-ups a must-stop for collectors.
“The Hello Kitty Cafe continues to be a big fan favorite, bringing unique, collectable items that you can't find anywhere else,” said Magena Caballero, marketing manager at CityPlace Doral. “These annual visits offer sweet childhood nostalgia and welcome new fans to come together and share the love for this iconic character.”
The event is free and open to the public, with parking available in CityPlace Doral’s garage and via valet. For more information, stay tuned to cityplacedoral.com/events.
