Since opening in April 2025, Ocean Prime Fort Lauderdale has made a name for itself as a go-to for polished dinners and leisurely weekend brunches along the Intracoastal. Now, the waterfront stunner is expanding its reach into the middle of the day. Beginning January 7, 2026 Ocean Prime Fort Lauderdale officially rolls out weekday lunch service, welcoming guests Monday through Friday from noon to 4 p.m.

The new lunch hours bring a refined midday option to Las Olas Boulevard’s eastern edge, ideal for business meetings, casual catch-ups or stretching a lunch break into a scenic afternoon by the water. While the vibe skews lighter and breezier, the menu stays true to Ocean Prime’s reputation for elevated comfort and polished presentation.

Among the standout lunch offerings are blackened snapper with corn spoon bread, swiss chard and corn emulsion, sea scallops served over parmesan risotto with english peas and citrus vinaigrette, and a crispy buttermilk chicken layered with Bibb lettuce, beefsteak tomato, avocado and spicy mayonnaise. Sushi lovers can opt for a sushi and salad pairing, which combines a spicy rainbow roll with crunchy romaine, toasted garlic and creamy wasabi dressing.

“Lunch at Ocean Prime Fort Lauderdale brings the same level of culinary excellence and genuine hospitality our guests expect in the evening, now reimagined for the daytime,” Jason Brown, General Manager of Ocean Prime Fort Lauderdale, tells Browardist. “Since opening just a few months ago, we have been incredibly grateful for the warm welcome from the community.”
