Pembroke Pines, say hello to Kaluz. The brand's fourth South Florida spot is now open.

Kaluz has officially planted its flag in Pembroke Pines, giving southwest Broward a polished new spot for steaks, seafood, cocktails and that signature Kaluz glow. The fourth location for the South Florida brand joins Fort Lauderdale, Wellington and Plantation, but this one was built with Pines in mind. It opened November 18.
As owner David Baldwin tells Browardist, “Pembroke Pines was a natural location for expanding the Kaluz dining experience in South Florida. We wanted to give families and professionals in southwest Broward a convenient option close to home, while creating a Kaluz that feels familiar but new, more open space, stronger indoor-outdoor flow and a modern aesthetic shaped specifically for this neighborhood. It fills a real gap in Pines for a high-end yet approachable dining experience."
Sitting at 10780 Pines Blvd., the new restaurant welcomes about 290 guests between its main dining room, lively bar and roomy outdoor lounge. Inside, it leans into an elevated but comfortable feel, the kind of place equally suited for a business lunch, anniversary dinner or just-because Wednesday. On its plates, expect the greatest hits that made Kaluz a household name in Broward. Think premium steaks, fresh seafood and favorites like Chilean seabass, filet mignon, duck confit and daily made desserts that absolutely should not be skipped. (Ahem, that key lime pie that may very well be the best on Earth.)
Kaluz Pembroke Pines rounds out a dining scene that has long asked for more upscale options, and the team hopes to become a new local standby. Hours run 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and until 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Walk-ins only through November 20, with reservations opening soon.
