Tee Box, a state-of-the-art indoor golf player development facility, is officially making its Florida debut at Atlantic Village in Hallandale Beach. It marks the brand’s first Broward County location and its first operational outpost in the state. The cutting-edge concept is targeting a March 28 opening (pending final permitting approvals) at 801 N. Federal Hwy., within the ever-evolving mixed-use destination just minutes from Gulfstream Park and Shell Bay.

The concept blends advanced simulators, on-demand coaching, personalized performance tracking and tailored improvement plans. Plus, there’s a dedicated fitness component designed to level up your game. Whether you’re chasing a single-digit handicap or just trying to keep your drives out of the water, it is built for year-round play without battling South Florida heat or afternoon downpours.

And this isn’t a one-off. Tee Box is already planning a second Broward location, slated to open in June at 995 E. Commercial Blvd. in Fort Lauderdale, signaling a serious local push. 

Also joining the Atlantic Village lineup: Oakberry, the globally recognized açaí brand known for customizable superfood bowls, smoothies and refreshers. The concept recently soft-opened, with a grand opening celebration expected in the coming weeks. This marks Oakberry’s second Broward County location, alongside its Fort Lauderdale shop. 

These additions further elevate Atlantic Village - a multi-phase development led by Grupo Eco - into a lifestyle hub with dining, wellness and experiential concepts all in one walkable setting.
