Those touches shine brightest at Thanksgiving Weekend Brunch, running Friday, November 28 and Saturday, November 29 from 7 a.m. to noon. The $55 buffet stars pumpkin pancakes, pineapple country ham, smoked salmon, a parfait trio, omelets made to order, charcuterie and Executive Pastry Chef Henry Martignago’s seasonal sweets. Add the unlimited mimosa cart ($35) and you’ve got the ultimate “treat yourself” move for the long weekend.

On Wednesday, November 26, The Hotel Bar goes full “beach casual Thanksgiving,” serving roasted parsnip and apple soup, charred carrot and pumpkin salad, grain mustard crusted turkey and a trio of desserts — all just steps from the sand.
