If your Christmas plans call for something a little less expected and a lot more flavorful, Masala Mantra Indian Cuisine is giving all of South Florida a compelling reason to leave the neighborhood. On Christmas Day, the Royal Palm Beach favorite is hosting an Indian-inspired Christmas brunch buffet that blends festive comfort with elevated spice-driven cooking, all served in a warm, modern dining room designed for lingering celebrations.

Running from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on December 25, the brunch is priced at $30 per person, with bottomless mimosas available for an additional $18. The experience leans indulgent without feeling heavy, starting with playful small bites like mini-Bombay sandwiches, butter chicken tarts, masala deviled eggs, cheese corn cigars, tandoori chicken momos, zaffrani shrimp cocktail and chicken kheema pav sliders.

The main spread keeps things balanced and satisfying, featuring Lazeez paneer and veggie bowls, mango chilli chicken bowls, holiday pulao, tomato basil soup and festive paneer and herb stuffed naan. Desserts bring the holiday finish with saffron sheer tartlets, gajar halwa cheesecake bites and chocolate chai truffles.

Owner Purnima Patel says the brunch was designed with connection in mind. “Our Christmas brunch buffet at Masala Mantra was created to honor the spirit of the season, bringing people together over elevated Indian cuisine with subtle holiday influences,” she tells Browardist. “It’s a place where the community can gather, celebrate, and enjoy a memorable Christmas meal without sacrificing quality or warmth.”

Masala Mantra is located at 11051 Southern Blvd. in Royal Palm Beach. For more information and reservations, visit masalamantrafl.com.
