Tiramisu French toast for breakfast? Vitolo has a table for ya.

The Italian-American restaurant inside Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach is turning three and celebrating with two days of festivities. First up is an anniversary celebration on Saturday, November 7, with live entertainment and a specially curated menu from executive chef Anthony Vitolo. Then, on Sunday, November 8, the restaurant debuts a new brunch menu.

Once the festivities wrap, brunch will continue every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., giving Fort Lauderdale Beach diners a weekly must for pairing eggs with Italian favorites.

For Vitolo, the anniversary comes with a look back at the community he has found here and a look ahead to what his daughters might one day bring to the table.

“It’s been incredible to watch Vitolo grow over the past three years and share my family’s recipes with South Florida,” he tells Browardist. “This community has been so welcoming and supportive, and it means a lot to feel like we’ve become part of it. I look forward to continuing to put down roots here, and my hope is that one day my daughters will carry on our family’s legacy.”

His daughters also helped inspire the restaurant’s newest menu.

“One of my favorite parts of every morning is making breakfast with my daughters, and that’s really where the inspiration for brunch came from. Our third anniversary felt like the perfect time to share that tradition with our guests and bring some of our family favorites to the table. There isn’t another Italian brunch on Fort Lauderdale Beach, so we saw an opportunity to create something unique. We want people to come with family and friends, feel right at home, and enjoy great food in a fun, lively atmosphere.”

So, what should you order? The chef gave Browardist a few ideas.

“A few of many favorites are the Mozzarella Carrozza Benedict; Tiramisu French Toast; Burrata, Roasted Peppers & Crispy Prosciutto Frittata; and the Brunch Pizza.”

That French toast starts with brioche and mascarpone cream and gets an espresso anglaise on top. The brunch pizza comes with bacon, egg and cheese, while the pasta lineup includes homemade tagliatelle alla Bolognese with a beef, pork and veal ragù.

Cocktails get their own Italian-inspired spin, too. The Rainbow Cookie Amore mixes vanilla vodka, amaretto and raspberry liqueur, while the Cannoli Carajillo tops vanilla liqueur and espresso with cannoli foam.
