Weston Jewelers is celebrating a major milestone - 25 years of sparkle, sentiment and South Florida–rooted luxury and it’s doing so with an eye firmly on the future. The family-owned jeweler, founded in 2001 by Edward and Tracey Dikes, has grown from a modest 1,096-square-foot storefront into one of the region’s most trusted names for fine jewelry and Swiss timepieces.
Today, Weston Jewelers operates its flagship at 1728 Main Street in Weston Town Center and a high-profile outpost inside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, along with a dedicated Hublot boutique. Along the way, the brand has secured serious industry clout, becoming an authorized Cartier retailer and an official Rolex jeweler, a full-circle moment for founder Ed Dikes.
But the biggest (literally) flex is still to come. Amid its 25th anniversary celebration, Weston Jewelers is teasing a massive new chapter: a five-story, 40,000-plus-square-foot flagship coming to 1117 East Las Olas Boulevard in Downtown Fort Lauderdale, slated for a 2027 debut.
“We are beyond excited to build our new flagship location in the heart of Downtown Fort Lauderdale,” Ed Dikes, CEO and co-founder of Weston Jewelers, tells Browardist. “This dream has been years in the making, and we’re so grateful to our incredible team and loyal clients whose support has helped make this possible. We look forward to becoming part of the Las Olas community and continuing to build meaningful relationships in this new luxurious location.”
The move cements Weston Jewelers’ evolution from neighborhood staple to regional powerhouse, all while keeping its family-first ethos intact. The next generation is already shaping the future, with Jesse Dikes overseeing operations and Danni Dikes leading marketing and brand strategy.
