If the Miami Open is already known for world-class tennis and celebrity sightings, the 2026 edition is adding another conversation starter: a $100 hot dog topped with caviar and gold.
Available beginning March 15 at the Miami Open inside the Piper-Heidsieck Champagne Garden at Hard Rock Stadium, the extravagant creation is part of the tournament’s ever-evolving culinary lineup. And yes, it’s exactly as over-the-top as it sounds.
Dubbed the “Croissant Dog,” the dish takes the concept of stadium food into luxury territory. Instead of a traditional bun, the hot dog is wrapped in a flaky croissant-style pastry from Ficelle Bakery. Inside, guests will find Australian Wagyu sausage topped with a generous layer of crème fraîche, an entire tin of Golden Goat caviar and a sprinkling of edible gold flakes.
While the Croissant Dog may be grabbing headlines for its triple-digit price tag, it’s just one piece of a much larger food program unveiled for this year’s tournament.
As previously reported by Browardist, the Miami Open has oodles of new offerings this year, leaning heavily into chef-driven dining experiences, specialty bars and global flavors across the Hard Rock Stadium campus. Expect everything from sushi and elevated seafood to Italian bites, craft cocktails and Champagne-forward lounges designed for fans who want to pair their tennis with a side of luxury hospitality.
