Earlier this year, Browardist broke the news that The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Fort Lauderdale Beach would bring one of hospitality's most recognizable luxury brands to the city's oceanfront. Now, we've been given a first look at what's taking shape inside.
Just released renderings offer a preview of several of the boutique property's signature amenity spaces, including an elegant lobby, a resort-style pool bar, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a residents' lounge, a dedicated kids playroom and a private media room.
Planned for 551 Bayshore Drive, the 13-story development will feature just 83 private residences. Prices are expected to start at $2.5 million. The project is being developed by MICL and Admire Capital, with sales and marketing handled by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing. Its architecture is being handled by Garcia Stromberg and interiors by Dan Fink Studio.
"From the beginning, we've approached The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Fort Lauderdale Beach with the understanding that delivering a luxury branded boutique property requires a deliberate approach at every stage of the development process,” Diana Ulis, CEO and Founder of Admire Capital tells Browardist.
"Every milestone reflects the thoughtful planning and careful execution taking place behind the scenes to ensure the architecture, residences, amenities, and overall vision remain true to what we've established from the outset. As we continue finalizing the details of the residences, our focus remains on delivering a timeless experience that reflects both the character of Fort Lauderdale and the exceptional standards of The Ritz-Carlton brand."
At first peek, the interiors continue the sophisticated design direction first unveiled alongside the project's announcement, pairing clean contemporary finishes with coastal influences inspired by our world-famous beachscape.
