The $100 hot dog is back. But, wait, there's more.

If you thought the Miami Open’s viral “Golden Glizzy” was a one-off, think again. The $100 caviar-topped wagyu hot dog is pulling up trackside for the 2026 Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix — and this time, it’s rolling deep with a full lineup of over-the-top bites.

From May 1–3, Golden Goat Caviar teams up with Chèvre Miami to serve from the world’s first “Caviarnita,” a luxe spin on the classic Miami walk-up, ventanita window, inside the Piper-Heidsieck Champagne Garden at Hard Rock Stadium.

Leading the charge: the Golden Glizzy, a $100 Australian wagyu hot dog layered with crème fraîche, mascarpone, 30 grams of Golden Goat Classic Ossetra caviar, and 24K edible gold on croissant dough. It’s joined by two new indulgences: the $100 Gold-Digger Caviar Truffle Sandwich, stacked with wagyu bresaola, black truffle mayo, caviar, onion confit, and crispy onions on mezzo doppio bread, and a $30 Caviar Basque Cheesecake Bite, blending rich, caramelized cheesecake with a savory caviar finish.

There’s a Grand Prix Combo, too, including one Golden Glizzy and one Gold-Digger (or two of one of the aforementioned) for $195.

No race tickets? No problem. From April 30–May 3, Loews Miami Beach Hotel hosts an F1-themed menu at Bistro Collins featuring caviar-topped sliders, tuna crudo, crispy hash browns with crème fraîche, and traditional caviar service, too.
